Meeting Minutes

Present: Wayne Bremser, Gerald Long, Rick Sieber, Robert Styer, Brian M. Murray, John Stofey

Absent: Ken Valosky, Fr. Richard M. Jacobs; NIA: Louis Caccavero, Jon Von Euw, Maggie McLaughlin

1. Wayne Bremser was elected Chairperson

2. Rick Sieber explained the budget process, including the new Administrative Budget Committee.

3. Rick Sieber presented the committee the current run of the Macro Budget Model for fiscal year 2009 and Out Years. Major issues identified were:

tuition increases

financial aid

capital budget priorities

salary increases and faculty adjustments

university communication program

4. Updated versions of financial statements and budget variances for fiscal year 2007 will be presented and reviewed at the next meeting.

5. The next meeting for this committee was scheduled on November 14^th at 10:30- 11:45 in Bartley Hall.
